Battle of the Bands

It's time for Justice Page Rhinos and Washburn Millers to face off in the annual Battle of the Bands! 

Battle of the Bands is a fun time where talented student and staff bands from Justice Page Middle School and Washburn High School in Minneapolis come together to rock out and compete for bragging rights and an amazing traveling guitar trophy!

This year's Battle of the Bands details:

Date: Sun. Jan 26, 2025

Time: 2-6pm

Location: Uptown VFW

Art contest now open!

Students are needed to design a poster/t-shirt for Battle of the Bands. Designs are due to john.mccreary@mpls.k12.mn.us by Friday, December 20 at 3pm.

Below is the information to be included in the poster.

• Battle of the Bands
• Justice Page Middle School vs. Washburn High School
• Sunday, January 26, 2025
• Uptown VFW

Specifications

• Design must be your own original work
• Dimensions should be approximately 14" width x 16" height
• Design should be 300 DPI if you submit it digitally
• Criteria for judging will be based on originality, creativity, artistic merit and overall appeal
